Announcement around May of qualification for NASDAQ listing.
NYMX partners w/OPBL with 19% ownership and has option to buy 20% additional.
NYMEX gave OPBL a $4Million seat on the Mercantile to help their partner facilitate Energy contracts.
Expanded types of Energy to be announced soon.
