Did a little digging in the SEC files today. What I come up with is an enterprise value of $600M or thereabouts, versus $75M cashflow and truly negligible capex. That's an EV/FCF of 8 we're paying for 11% growth -- a price more than fair. Comparing… More

Other than what I hear at MF I would not know this company exist. I think they will struggle to gain market share unless they get their name out there.

Did a little digging in the SEC files today. What I come up with is an enterprise value of $600M or thereabouts, versus $75M cashflow and truly negligible capex. That's an EV/FCF of 8 we're paying for 11% growth -- a price more than fair. Comparing the company to rivals like AMTD and SCHW reveals sizeable discounts in P/S and P/B valuation here as well. Thumbs up.

Is there a reason why the market cap of this company is lower than its cash balance? This company has no debt, high margins, and high return on equity. Someone could literally buy this company, recoup what was paid in cash and end up with a pretty well run business on the side.
