It's nice that they increased their dividend, but considering they have 700 million in construction loans on their books I think I'll pass...

Upthumb. Low cash flow. High debt ratio. Excellent growth rate. Good EBITD margin. On the edge. 33% of float is short. Extreme.

This is a great small bank. Company is managed well and is growing. Have been following it closely waiting for buying opportunity. Recent dip I picked it up. Has since rebounded nicely. See it reaching high 20's by year end.
