Mexico is a great place to travel to and PAC will get you there. I can only see tourism growing in Mexico and PAC with it. Always buy what the King is selling and the king sold us this nice gem at a nice pice.

The growth/shift in Mexican tourism is in the west. Puerto and Nuevo Vallarta getting more tourist $$. PAC serves Vallarta plus 11 others. Who wouldn't want to invest in a monopoly with fixed costs, growth and a dividend?

Think this stock should be a safe bet to do well
the way it is set up to operate>>Especially if
people keep taking a lot of time off for travel in
the Mexican area which seems to be a trend now>>

Plenty of room left to grow for this sound Mexican company. Only concerns have to do with unrest in the government.

With increased tourism, lots of potential for market growth. A little expensive now, but the dividend pays you to wait.

Good growth company. It controls the airports to all the major tourist spots in Mexico(which are gaining in popularity) and it has no competion. Good stock for the long run.

a great tourist location

It's cheap right now, and once this election mess is resolved, I'm sure Mexico will continue to grow. Another angle is that as more and more places in the world become 'unsafe' American destinations, we will always have good ol' Mexico as a vacation destination.

Airlines continue to struggle, as a group, despite the general trend of ever increasing passenger traffic - due to both the cost of inputs (especially fuel) and the large number of competitors agressively fighting for their slice of the pie.
PAC, an operator of airports, is in a position to capitalize on the former trend (increasing passenger traffic) without being exposed to the latter problems.
Recs
Tourism in Mexico is growing by leaps and bounds. More people will fly there to enjoy reltively affordable high quality vacations.
