Equity has been eroding, and there seems to be some odd balance-sheet behavior. Also keeps a load of debt, so any blips in revenue could be a killer. Another hit is a lot of 'do-not-mail' legislation that could begin to really hamper paper-mail...

Business model is poor. Equipment sales and service revenue continues to decline at a rapid pace. Other divisions with compnay not able to ovecome deficit. European and asian growth has declined more tan anticipated.

This stock may outperform because of the dividend and the fact Crammer wrote about it in his book.
