The price of oil is likely to remain high. Permian Basin oil is a relatively steady income from a reliable field. The nearly 10% return is nice and buffers volatility. Longevity of reserves is a long term concern. PBT is one of the few energy royalty… More

Another high performer on a John Neff Type screen (low PE, high yield with nice earnings trends). Lots of Oil showed up on this screen - time to dig in and determine the quality of these companies.

Pays a nice div and should do well as demand kicks back in and the prices rise. Stock price could follow as well.
