Looks like I actually timed a sell correctly when I dumped my 2000 shares of Prolor from the GBMB account at 6.45 in February. The stock subsequently responded very poorly to the news of an upcoming 75M dilutive financing and crossed the 5 level today before rebounding slightly. Honestly, there's no knowing where this decline might end, considering that the share price was as low as 3.5 as recently as November.
Two other factors to consider are the recent initiation of a European phase II trial of long-acting HGH formulation hGH-CTP in children, and the heavy pumping of the stock on Seeking Alpha by M.E.Garza and his paid promoters. The fact that Prolor management is contributing to the promotion of the stock by submitting to interviews with Garza raises serious concerns in my mind regarding the company's legitimacy.
For now, I'm willing to grant Prolor enough benefit of the doubt to plant a green flag, but I'm unlikely to venture another trade with real money unless the stock stabilizes below 4 after pricing and completion of the recent dilutive financing. Even so, it remains a lower priority buy behind more transparent cheapies such as Chelsea and Discovery Labs.

Prolor Biotech, Inc.
Israel based company
Seems to be one of those overestimated biotech companies, which only burn through cash.
Phillip Frost is engaged (source: zzlangerhans) which is not good according to the same source.
Note: current capitalization is $302M, and employees are 15, which puts value on each of them about 20M.

Prolor already has proof of concept for their CTP technology. The technology is applicable to so many drugs it's not even funny. Prolor only needs one or two of those drug candidates to get FDA approval to sky rocket.
Also, because their biobetter drugs consist of adding their CTP technology to existing approved drugs, the clinical trials they have to go through are cheaper and shorter.
