Buyout a distinct possibility at $67 per share.. not to mention there's an outside chance at a bidding war, so plenty of people will get in towards the deadline of the takeover & there won't be many sellers, shooting up the price

has a buyout offer that I think is reliable, because it's backed by bank loans that have been arranged, and both parties are subject to a $200 million cancellation penalty. The stock dropped because the market was afraid that credit woes would keep this private equity deal from happening, but after checking the facts I'm betting otherwise.

Arbitrage.. It is about 10% below its takeout price, so as long as the deal goes through in 6 months you get an annualized 20% profit. And if it doesn't go through, the company is worth the current price anyway.

PENN is being taken out at only 10.3 times forward earnings when rivals got a valuation between 11 and 12 times forward EBITDA. PENN will most likely be the subject of a bidding war with the eventual price reaching between $70 to $80.
