This is a best that interest rates will rise. Granted, this is a bit of a crowded trade, but I think there's still some upside.

This is by far the least expensive of Bill Gross' look-a-like closed end funds (PTY,PFN,PFL&PCN) and we look for it to outperform the others by about 4.25% in the near term !
