Partnership with Wyeth. Awaiting possible NDA approval for OIC drug currently under review by FDA. Their competitor Adolor/GSK saw saftey risks in their long term safety studies and will be going to an AdCom January 23.

Formulation and indication not ideal for huge market share, but have plans for i.v. and oral formulations in POI and chronic pain indications, which are larger markets.

Drug for opioid-induced constipation has had very good trial results. FDA submission next year. Also discovered receptor HIV uses to enter cells, a potential blockbuster drug target, but still pretty far off.
