GOOD STOCK

They have strong financial ratios compared to other companies in the industry. ATV's account for over half of their revenues and summer is right around the corner.

A GOOD COMPANY

Sales are deminishing but profit is still holding. Dividend is increasing and the company still has many outlets for consumer credit which is essential. Look for the Victory line of motorcycles to continue to gain market share from HD. From off road vehicles to street cruisers this company has a well deversified product line and strong brand name. This is definetly a good long term investment. Look for some nice growth late in 09 to early 10.

Steal market share from hog

I like the company and they'll get some of my money in the form of a motorcycle purchase......BUT....as long as Polaris continues to be the Thomas Tiller wealth generator instead of focusing on investors, the stock will lag the S&P. I foresee a dividend reduction to 'pay for stock repurchase'.....wouldn't have to buy it back if it wasn't being diluted in the form of options. The next year will be a tough one for companies that rely significantly on discretionary income. No single individual is worth 5 million+ dollars per year to a company the size of Polaris. I want to like this stock, I want to own this stock, but others will treat me far better. Dump Tiller and I'm all in.

ATVs & Snowmobiles are not on the top of my list for industries that do well in a down economy - underperform.

Lots of snow means more snow mobiles.

Company is in my home town. Good P/E and hear good things about new product line around town. Good stable investment with good growth potential.

Current recall of products deemed dangerous was "voluntary". This action should not dampen the enthusiasm for young adventurers who buy for the thrill of the ride or for serious users who need to access off-road sites or transportation authorities who need to access motorists stranded by highway emergencies like the recent ones along the California to Washington route and the often snow-blocked northern interstate & state highways.

I worked @ Polaris for 8 1/2 years on the assembly line and it is a #1 world class industry worth investing in I am and I am very proud to be a share holder of Polaris stock

Even though 3rd quarter sales were lower than expected, this looks like a good short term pick. The company is expecting better than expected 4th quarter earnings.

I am bullish on this company for the short term

possibly three to six months, but no longer.

Although this company can take hits seasonally, I see it performing well and changing its direction to meet market demands.

Snowmobiles are awesome, so are motorcycles and ATVs.
