Park-Ohio Holdings is one of the very few manufacturing products and logistics companies that is even worth owning right now. Earnings are growing at a steady clip and revenues seem unphased while growing at 10% per year. Their chart is a marvel and it looks like its just a cup and handle away from moving toward $33-$35 a share. 1.8 times book and only 8 times forward earnings make this very reasonable here. I see limited downside risk technically and fundamentally.

Nice market niche and they make good money doing what they do. You have to ask yourself where the downside is here. Perhaps the only downside is a general economic slowdown. Even there the risk is contained by the cost. This is one of those boring stocks that will make you rich.

They also purchased Lectrothrem witch gives them a foundry in Germany which is complements there most profitable buisness segment. S&P in December upgrade them for CCC+ to B-.
