Parkway Properties, Inc. (PKY) is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust specializing in the acquisition, operations, leasing and ownership of office properties.

I'm picking PKY based on my three-ten criteria.
PKY is also showing some Volume Story potential and its 10-yr chart looks very promising.
I also like the fact that PKY is currently 30% off its 52W high, and it looks like it's just starting to go up again.
