Awesome dividend and it's a play on a recovering global market.
Recs
Best run industrial REIT in US. Controls most of the grade A Industrial space in the major Us markets. Great dividend, stock price will appreciate with property values.

Pro Logis has taken the necessary steps over the past 2 years to reduce debt and stay liquid. They will have a strong recovery as the commercial real estate market recovers.

I think this company looks better than a lot of the other construction and real estate companies out there.

ProLogis (PLD)
The Company is a self-administered and self-managed REIT that operates a global network of real estate properties, primarily industrial distribution properties. Its three reportable segments are property operations, fund management and CDFS business.
Currently, PLD is 28% off 52W high, but still up approx. 200% from its Nov. 2008 low.
I like PLD's 10-year chart a lot (volume, that is).
Definitely, my kind of value play.
Recs
Undervalued, will benefit with rest of real estate sector disproportionately affected by economic down turn.
Recs
ProLogis will definitely be one of the most celebrated comeback stories of the ages among REITs. The company will improve its corporate reputation and restore investor confidence. It continues to establish collaborative partnerships with companies like Portland General Electric to expand its global solar projects. I like where this company is headed globally and otherwise.
Recs
All the pundits have been exclaiming the next thing to go is commercial real estate. In the 50's, pundits also proclaimed that everyone would have an airplane in their garage. Where is my airplane?
Recs
I'm thinking about throwing a rave next month
Recs
Undervalued. Technical Breakout is starting. $16 price target by year's end.
Recs
PLD tanked when the global economy crashed. It will soar as trade resumes and by a factor of three to change in GNP.
Recs
Prologis has over the last 52 weeks averaged between a low 2 dollar stock to 65 dollar stock. It has a resistence level at 10. It just broke 10 last week. It is up hill, verticle for the rest of the way....We will be at 50 by Mar 2010.
Recs
price to book value.
Recs
I love stocks trading under book value. This stock was worth a lot, and people are gonna have to stop freaking out about real estate at some point....or not and i could lose it all.
Recs
If they can behave, they stand to come out ahead when the economy starts to pick up again. It is much faster to obtain additional space by leasing rather than building. Hey, but what do I know? I drive a Studebaker.
Recs
All things considered recent earnings report wasn't that bad.
Recs
Undervalued in this economic environment. huge potential upside
