Clean air move. The new governor of Utah, who publicly doubts global warming, stated he is interested in clean air and water. If Republicans who have long been anti-environmental can embrace this type of environmental change there will be a solid market. Plus, we love technological fixes that don't require us to sacrifice anything. This will be a win-win with environmentalists and capitalists.
