Penson Worldwide, Inc. (PNSN)

Penson Worldwide is a company that appears could go either way, (up or down, but then again all stocks will!). I guess my point is that I generally like to call the dogs dogs and the winners green thumbs, based on my limited analysis and mediocre luck. In the case of Penson Worldwide it is swinging because it deals in the processing of trading futures globally. It recently lost one big contract which will take a chunk of it's business, but some theories are that it will do better without the trading broker as it's customers jump ship to others that it does support. Coming off of a bad quarter Penson guides that next quarter will be much better. Current P/E of 64 seems risky, but forward is 9. Putting trust in management is not something I'm generally willing to do, but P/B sub 1, lots of cash, (although most of it belongs to their clients), but shows they have a good revenue stream, and opportunity to make money from interest and arbitration. They've held profitability the last four quarters and I see them from a TA perspective breaking out and up.
