LTD/Equity is a bit high. I suspect bad credit will increase at greater rate than normal d/t US and worldwide economic conditions. I suspect this company will have a more difficult time collecting on bad debts.

Not only do I like the fact that both good and bad economies provide the company with opportunities, but I also appreciate the experience that the company has with collecting hard-to-collect debt. In today's environment it seems that having that expertise is more important than ever.

The consumer debt that PRAA purchases will boon significant profits for them. However in my opinion, they won't be cashing in for many years as the consumers won't get hit as hard as everyone is forecasting on a long-term basis. Good hold for a year - not beyond that.
