Well lets see. A full service provider. To sum it up nice and sweet without all the malarky. Among many other services for a small fee, ofcourse, the company buys for dirty dog cheap or manages the collection of defaulted loans and either collects the money from you or takes everything you own or thought about owning for life. If this company don't make some jack over the next 5 years, then I will personally kiss your _ _ _. Infact I myself want to start this business NOW! Company paying nice dividends Growing sales at 43% and earnings at 52% for 5 years growth.Over $3 earnings a share and plenty of free cash flow with minimal dept that will most likely be payed off by next earnings. Stock sporting P/E 10.50 foreward P/E 9.75 Wait until you see the next 5 years sales and earnings GROWTH! Heck, insiders have paid as much as $58 a share. The market has got to be either blind or lost their minds to be letting this slide down the market wall. Investers wanting to make money. When this one (hits bottom) scoop scoop scoop and stash it in your closet for atleast 3 years. This thing will be to big to fit in the market in 5 years. You can thank me later.

This company is all about debt. An ugly fact is that, more and more, we the people (in the general sense of the word) are living in debt. More debt than we can or should manage. That spells opportunity. And PRAA is trading down from its highs. PRAA makes money from debt and does it well.

America is hooked on debt. People have been well conditioned to buy, buy, buy - in debt up to their eyeballs.

This company thrives on debt and makes money from it.

Ok. This one is not HR based. But, how could you bet against debt?

WIth the average consumer holding $9,000 credit card debt, these guys are well positioned over the next 5 years.

A New name for Credit Collection Agencies...Hundred of companies are popping up...most are not registered in the states. Great source of funds but illegality may take over due to violation of state laws. As of now I'll callit a winner

The rich are getting richer, the poor poorer and everyone is getting into debt. Someone's gotta collect it all. Now that the Republicans have made it much more difficult for people to decalre banruptcy, PRAA will really start making money.

PRAA makes a good counter play for holding so many credit card companies (CCRT, and COF for example).
