This comany is posting big results by exploiting what amounts to harrassment of the little guy, namely individual physicians. Using extraordinarily complex and convoluted billing and "recapture" loopholes in the Medicare regs, they are browbeating doctors, who simply cannot afford the time and expense, and who don't have the cloout to fight them, into refunding moneys from years back billing. Medical societies, hospital groups,and now lawmakers are demanding investigation into PRG Schultz' practices. When they are forced to back off this unethical behavior, profits will drop like a rock.
