This account tracks the fast-growing shakers and movers and some of the riskier stocks on my watch list.

With less than 30 warehouse clubs in operation, lots of room for growth in their markets. Not immume to ugly YOY monthly sales patterns, but should survive. Company is working to reduce debt; recent selloff puts it back at attractive valuation for longer-term - buyer around $14.63

Love this stock! Can copy everything COSTCO is doing (another great company) but with lower PE and higher growth potential.

Think Costco but smaller and international. It's a fairly aggressive play for the patient investor and it's called PriceSmart. Mainly in focused in Latin America and the Caribbean, this San Diego based company is beginning to grow earnings faster than sales. There is fairly high insider ownership and has founders that have been successful in this type of enterprise before with Price Club (Price Club merged with Costco). Consumers in the part of the world where PriceSmart operates are looking to stretch their purchasing power just like the rest of us and are beginning to open their eyes to the value warehouse clubs can provide.

Quality company that is getting results in a weak economy. Will only improve. Now with the recent price drop is an even better bargain.

This is an incredible company with a successful business model and it only has 26 stores in Central America and the Caribbean, with only one store in the US.
Prices are cheaper than Walmart and the service is much better.
I am surprised they do not have more stores in the US and I believe as the economy picks up, they should redirect their expansion toward the North American market where higher purchasing power and the bulk buying culture should enable them to grow even faster.
Company has negligible debt and outstanding margins.
The price of food is not going lower for the consumer, may be for the distributor, but they have been very accommodating to their customers.
The only snag is that you have to pay a $25 annual fee, which I never understood why as it deters lots of potential customers.
They have been beaten unfairly during the downturn despite being a discount store which is mainly due to their not being a known brand in the US.

The company operates an international membership warehouse clubs, similar to "Costco". They operate in Central America and the Caribbean. It recently published its same store sales which climbed 22.1 percent in April. Their monthly sales growth increased at a whopping 28% to $88.9 million from $6.9 million. The company operates 25 warehouse clubs in 11 countries and one U.S. terrritory. The company will outperform the S&P in a long term. My recommendation to buy at this low level, the company stock price is heading higher from here.

I've done my intense research. This company is a buy. Their operations, market, and management are outstanding. And of course, insider ownership is one of the highest. These folks will ensure that their own money is safe and growing. Always a possible buy out, and although that would be great for the shareholders who get in, I think the company can do even better on their own during the next few years. LONG
