Sure, the company is losing some money. This is no surprise for a specialty retailer faced with ever more tight-fisted consumers. But PSUN is still, as others have pointed out, selling for less than its book value. Furthermore, at least for the time being, they are debt-free.

True, revenue has not improved much annually in the past few years, but perhaps this surfware seller is just drawing back into its shell for a few years and riding out the rough patch. Look for it to catch a wave when the summer sun shines again on the American consumer. It'll happen.

This stock hasn't traded lower than the $3.00 range since April and there's really good bottoming action at the level it is currently trading at.

This met a high level screen to indicate a buy and strong outperform against its peers (other tickers in its industry). My 1st version of this spreadsheet devles deep into the company's balnace sheet and recent income statements, combined with other relevant price data for the company including insider/institutional holdings, short interest, debt levels, etc.
Testing capabilities of this 1st version of my automated, valuation spreadhseet matched with my personal criteria and see how it holds up.
