Home run ball here! PTIE's pain management research will be huge-- and a non-addictive alternative to oxycotin has massive $$-- that drug is decades old and still used All the time. FDA approval of Remoxy means this thing jumps 100% ... and it has other products in the pipeline behind that! Will be a $40 stock by mid 2008.

Likely approval of narcotic analgesics with less abuse potential. Fills a hugh need.

Remoxy phase 3 trial is as close to a lock for success as is possible in the pharmaceutical sector (in 2007). Remoxy acts as a non-dissolvable, non-crushable form of oxycodone that is extremely difficult to misuse.

Pain Therapuetics have recently signed a strategic alliance with King Pharma. The products they make allow patients to use pain reliever without the addictive side effects that often accompany the use of these types of drugs. Physicians will strongly perfer their products over existing pain medications. The investment thesis is basicallly the displacement of current opioid pain medications in the market. They have a very strong balance sheet with almost $100 million in cash.
