With the increase of oil, this Canadian oil trust has to move back into the twenties, also has a terrific dividend

Dividend yield is amazing and is unique in that it pays a dividend every month. Stock has been battered down by market conditions and prior dividend cut. ..... There are concerns from the conference calls that indicate management might be inclinded to cut the dividend. Also the company has a large natural gas reserve and natural gas prices are undervalued.
