Wind power for the future in which 'alternative energy' is no longer 'alternative'.
That said, what are the pros for such an ETF? It invests in wind power generators and the ecosystem that feeds into it. What's so exciting about that?

Although this was featured as a buy on the Chris Hansen investment newsletter, governments are going to have more critical priorities than wind power for at least five years.

As the global economy recovers, energy needs will increase as well, particularly for emerging markets. People haven't forgotten what oil prices did last year, so I believe that local and/or decentralized power production will be an advantage over building new power plants and laying out supply lines. Developed markets are seeing the wisdom of renewable energy sources as a viable alternative, given the advances in alternative power generation.
