PowerShares Dynamic Small Cap Value(ETF) (AMEX:PWY)

I believe small caps will continue to outshine the S&P 500, whether it's by "value" or by "growth" equities. It will be a rough ride, but this ETF will allow the bumps to be smoothed out versus choosing a single equity and riding the storm out in that tiny boat. I think there will be a slight correction in the late summer or fall for small caps, but in the end, they'll beat the S&P 500. Thumbs up.
