I am surely getting in late and high. A touch pricey, .75 expense ratio. Mid-term China play. Presently comprised of more than 4% Vale. If you still can dream recovery, then YOU believe in PXR.

ETF is focused on builders rather than operators, and emerging economies need infrastructure. China's stimulus package is focused on infrastructure much more than the US package.
