This ETF will outperform the market over the next ten years. The ETF is changing quarterly to values Powershares decides. Great track record of success. 5 points over S&P 500 since inception.

It is true it has slowed recently, but so has the S&P 500. When the market bounces back, so will this ETF. Buy at this price while you can.
