The yield alone of 9.25% makes this a good deal. It is priced right for almost anyone to get involved. I feel this should be added to anyone's investment warchest.

Owned them before a few years ago...not much has changed...

Large amounts of debt with little cash and a negative cash flow over the last 4 years...they do have plenty of assets to cover the debt but I think its too much. Going bye bye… More
