This is a great way to get exposure to their parent company XING at a discount if you think this acquisition will be approved (currently 16% discount). 1.9 shares of XING + $.80 cash if approved. I am counting on the approval and think XING will finally get the bounce that they deserve. They are making money in their growing mining transition and will use the cash that QXM has to continue to expand their growth.
