This trades at a 25% discount to the NAV. The divident appears unreliable so I wouldn't buy this in real life.

I eared this morning in radio a comment from mortgage company they are incredible busy with new buyers taking advantage of first time buyer 8K federal credit. So I am thinking this will be a winner and I am speculate a price of $35.00 in five months.
