Great PE under 4 and a balance sheet with about $6 in net current assets per share and zero long term debt indicates downside risk is minimal. Biggest rub appears to be negative cash flow. If company has completed upgrade to large diameter wafers as they say they have, investment should decrease and profits increase dramatically. Could be a rapid turnaround in investor enthusiasm.

8.8 million shares shorted. This stock has decent financials and could easily post a profit in the next couple quarters. This would cause a quick run up as it would take about 11 days (based on average volume) to sell off shorts.

This stock will run up to about 40 and then slow or pull back to mid to low 30s.

They just signed a $71M deal in August that brings them to 12/2011. Their numbers have improved over the past four quarters. They're vertically integrated. LED bulbs are probably set to take off along with flourescent. Seems to be a good mix to me.
