I wonder how foreign countries will honor their bonds

It is a consistent high dividend payer. It is a closed end fund with low expenses. It is run by one the greatest bond managers and his team. I have been in this for many years and it has evened out many a high risk speculation. It is perfect as a base stock for an IRA.

Pays a dividend every month...currently at 8% annually. This is a closed end fund, making it a better bet than a mutual fund , and year to date has lost only 1/2%.
