RDY is capturing a very large share of the generic drug market, worldwide. Revenue, EPS and Guidance are all better than S& P 500.

View this as a takeover target by a company looking to have pharma development overseas (i.e. lower labor costs). With Obamacare, I think the demand for generics will go up even further, and some company will want to get into the generics business or increase their generic business, and this is a perfect company for takeover for that
