Rick's Cabaret Int'l, Inc. (NASDAQ:RICK)

With earnings per share expected to reach 1.35 in fiscal year 2008, I believe this stock is undervalued at 21.58. The multiple for this stock is currently 16 (as of 2/22/08) and can't go anywhere but up with the new acquisitions (which seem to be healthy acquisitions) in large markets and the growth they saw over 2007. The addition of Lonnie Hanover on the publicity side is going to be a positive as well. Lonnie has connections with the Howard Stern show and was able to make Scores a household name with that recognition. Imagine what he can do with a much larger outfit. We'll see. I hope I'm right.

It's tough to lose money betting on men wanting to look at naked (or in this case, semi-naked) women in general, and this co's particular business model is the best in the field.

Non-stop growth over the next 2-3 years. Strip clubs exist and will exist whether you like it or not. And these guys know how to run one!

Rick's Cabaret has the critical mass to profit mightily in a highly segmented industry. The company is expanding steadily, but not bringing on too much debt. Rick's is perhaps a little too heavily dependent on the Texas market, but they have diversified into Florida, New York, and Minnesota.

Rick's Cabaret may not be the most politically correct stock to own, the business is simple.. and they have beat expectations on every front. Employees are paying them, versus vice versa. I like the idea of a owning a company like this in an economic downturn, or recession, as well. No to mention an insider just purchased $4million of the stock last month! -JC

People can dog this business all they want. But hey,! Sex sells. This is a fantastic business!! The fundies are great and the CEO is even better. This guy has great goals. He wants to make Ricks a 1 billion dollar company. It's also a cash cow!! Plus they have more aquisitions in the future. Bottom lime. If you bought this stock right why sell. This is a $50 stock down the road, maybe more!

They purchased a club on Columbus Blvd in Philly poised to rake in business from the casino's pushing their way in. Solid growth, an industry that doesn't feel the pinch, earnings should be expectations, I have no shame on this one

Although I do not like the idea of investing in Strip Clubs, one only has to visit one Rick's locations to be a believer. No detail is left unattended as these clubs are first class. I also love the idea that the girls actually pay the club for their shifts, resulting in low employee costs.

Stop in and visit and you will know why this stock will continue to grow for years to come.

Can you really trust strip club management.. Its run up to far. or maybe im just mad I bought at 9 and sold at 10..

This is a no brainer. Sex sells!

I bought this in March of 2007 and have watched it closely since then. The news is always good from inside sources and outside observers. My only concerns are that they may expand too rapidly or that legal problems might arise.

This is the McDonald's of Strip (er, gentlemnens) clubs, and RICK's CEO is the RAY KROC of the industry!

It's a fast grower, an asset play, and a reccession proof business, what more do you need!
