Quality product -- no close competitor although this could change. I agree with others that as boomers age, sleep orders will increase. Given there are solutions such as Resmed, this has to be a growing market.

I am a Medicare provider of ResMed's line of products and have done so for the past 8 years. Medicare and the other insurers are shrinking the reimbursements to providers of this product (me) as the boomer population increases. Watch for the margins… More

The CPAP machine I use is by Fisher & Paykel Healthcare but ResMed's equipment is ubiquitous in the diagnostic and treatment centers for sleep disorders. Growing market share and a 20% yoy share price increase makes it a dependable, if not spectacular performer.
