The stock has had a dead cat bounce and is ready to fall again. How can such a huge company that has the industry by the balls suck so much? They should be rolling in dough, but they aren't. Management must have their heads up their ass.

Russia continues to have tremendous political risk. Extremely high price multiple, with dividend too high to be sustainable. All bad for future growth.

The Company owns and operates a nationwide trunk telecommunications network and carries the bulk of Russia's long-distance and international traffic. This Russian conglomerate is the Ma Bellsky of Ma Belskies or better known as the largest AT&TSKY in business at this time in Russia. Since it is the "National" long-distance and inter-national telephone company of
Russia, this conglomerate will not be broken up like AT&T, Southwestern Bell, etc. You can be sure of some massive points and cash depending on which way you operate. Definitely BUY!
