Market is near a bottom. ROSE is a Natural Gas play
Recs
Throwing darts at this point!!!

Natural gas will play a larger and larger role in our energy economy as time goes on. Currently, natural gas also is an undervalued industry. ROSE is well positioned to take advantage of both the positive correction in the industry, as well as the growth. ROSE's roughly 80% appreciation over the last six months is grounds for some short-term caution. However, in the long term, ROSE will be a strong performer.
Recs
For their size, they appear to be working in the right plays that provide some potential upside (if they pan out). Additionally, they seem to have a good balance between exploring, developing, and acquiring/divesting. They think a few years out.

You may say rose is just aother bust oil company. Many would agree with you. But I wont.... Look at the earnings to debt ratio. This company far exceeds the average oil exploration company in the United States. Look at thr performance chart, it was doing very well. One small glitch like any stock and it plummets. But it bounced back and it bounced hard. No signs of stopping anytime soon. It has already out performed the S&P. Don't just take my word for look for yourself...

I put it on my watchlist watched it for a while. It has been outperforming for some time.

Record breaking quarters back to back. Large lawsuit lying over there heads that could negatively impact stock price and already has, but insiders have been consistently and only "buying" over last six weeks, as well as some good indication that the lawsuit could turn out favorably for ROSE.

OK, check out the fundamentals and asset value on this stock! Low debt, very good for an oil and gas small cap, amazing asset value, Price/Book ratio under of 0.97!!!! (this is not a homebuilder). Trading at 8-9 times forward earnings. Pounded because of pending lawsuit and one OK quarter. Once this correction ends in September and they win the lawsuit, which they will, this stock will be well into the upper 20's.
