I bought a ton of this at $3. Still seems like a good bet. The real estate market has taken most of its lumps. Can't get over there not being more interest in these closed end funds in caps world

Double digit dividend yield + smart fund managers + 870% profit margin + 31% ROE + P/B below 1 = a nice small cap stock with some great potential!!
Recs
discount to NAV, OK dividend.
Recs
i will make at least 100% off this and dividends.

Everyone's still afraid of RE, but it should see big advances over next 5 years; cheap right now and great dividends -- and I trust Ben Stein's money.
Recs
Ben Stein said to buy it!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice dividends

the housing market is slump across the us and alot of forclosures are out there and on the horizons. no one can really afford to buy houses due to higher cost of living. most people who invest in real estate is getting rain on and their return investment is not as much as it once was.
Recs
Nice Ratio of dividends, and is sure to bounce back. No reason for it to be this low.

While the commercial US real estate market hasn't suffered to badly, I expect that will change. I think the current price and recent price fall reflects some of this weekness. However, the price could sink some more before bottoming out. As long as they keep up the dividends, I'll be happy. They've been pretty steady and are roughly a 10% yield
It goes without saying, but this is another catch a falling knife pick.
Recs
Deeply discounted with a very high dividend yield that will protect it from further retraction. Bound for a rebound.

I have liked this stock for a long time, picking it up at 13 several years ago. 1 month ago I decided it was headed to 17, and thought that would be the bottom. Now though, I feel it is headed to around 15 before starting to rebound to around 23. Kick myself for not selling at 27 when I "knew" it was headed down.
