Negative FCF, LT Debt has increased by 4x in 10 yrs, Outstanding shares have tripled in 10 years. Using LT debt and issuing shares to fund growth.

potential takeover target and with 20+tcf of gas and an active driller could take advantage of gas being a bridging fuel.

Has risen as high as $65 before slumping but is again "on the move". Good management .
