Food...think about it.

Net Income has dropped over the last three years. Debt has increased during the last three years.
However, the fact that EPS and the current ratio have been stable during the same period indicates that there's good management behind this one.
I'm calling the bottom here and setting my goal above $15.

RT will recover, they provide a variety of organic and natural foods as part of their dinners and salad bar that I think as the "Green" movement continues, more people are likely to go there and eat. Also, this is a dividend paying company and they are down near a 10 year low in price.
Recs
Just did lots of remodeling and took on more debt, so it's risky, but I see them generating lots of cash flow in the near future. People still have to eat even when the economy is shaky.
Recs
Trading at their asset value and repositioning with higher quality food, should mean higher margins, and also a differentiation against competition in the bar and grill segment.

Way undervalued!!!

as low as it will go 1/10 ... up to 7-9 over next quarter

As they try to figure out a new menu and a new strategy, and as consumer spending continues to drop, so will the stock price.

lowered distribution

I've been looking for a 1 start CAPS pick that I could do an outperform on and I may have just found one. Briefly we're talking Market cap of about 815M, PB:2, PE: 11. I expect typical mature restaurant growth of inflation plus new stores and ever slighly increasing same store growth. Revenue will be consistent, profits will be spotty from time to time.
The biggest impetus for the pick, however; 2M of insider employee purchases just took place. Would you buy that much stock in your own company if it was ready to tank?
