It's holiday season, plus - putting some cash into consumers hands is always a surefire way, no matter how dire things get, to buy time while figuring out the whole global economic situation

Retail stocks are back up where they were before the economic crisis. What's up with that? The mall looks about as exciting as a museum....or mausoleum.
