This company has a strong performance track record since their inception. A small hickup in implimentation in the third and fourth quarters of '06 gave a slight drop in the stock price which has been quickly regained in the first quarter of '07. Also, an newspaper in Israel is passing around the notion that Verifone (PAY) is looking to aquire Retalix to expand their product line and strengthen their market position.

Leader in retail application, suffer from temporary slow in business, will either go back on track or be acquired by someone
