The company is a deadend. Their technology is OK but they just lost 30%+ of their revenues, starting with Q1/2010, and have no significant new product in the pipeline. Their chances of being swallowed by a giant are very slim. My estimate that text sign of trouble will be layoff of engineering people in a few months.

$5 per share in cash. Consistently generates free cash flow. Right space. Right time. Adequate growth. Best software in the space. Will ride the "triple play" to success. Thanks for the bargain!

double digit growth in EPS and revs. Cisco has adopted RVSN telconfering hardware as standard. John Chambers is said to be very hot about teleconferencing with HD. RVSN products make both ends of the conference "real time".

The company is already profitable, in cahoots with some big names, and their dreamworld of a broadband wireless universe hasn't remotely reached its potential in terms of build out and capability. Video is better than sound when you really want to reach out and "touch" someone. ;)
Still a long way to go until the average consumer pays a monthly fee for broadband services, so it'll be rough waters until then. But when the Mr. Joe Shmo has broadband on his cell phone, he's going to want to be able to do something with it. I'm betting the big carriers want to provide him with an unlimited video phone option at 4.99/month.

Radvision is an Israeli company with a worldwide market for its videoconferencing technology. It ties together managers in far-flung business enterprises as companies globalize their production and sales efforts. They were recently approved for use by the US Govt's General Services Administration.
