The fund's gone down 5% YTD, while the S&P 500 has gone down 9%. I think the REITS have bottomed out, especially the global ones. I'm not worried about the fluctuations in the NAV... I have no plans to sell.
This one yields 9% . I don't mind waiting for the price to recover if I'm getting that kind of yield . A little shelter against the falling dollar doesn't hurt, either.
