It probably won't grow quickly, but it won't lose either. If an employee's bill rate*chargeable hours doesn't add up, the employee is shown the door. Same on a division-wide basis. Using this model, it can't lose money (and never has)

With the current state of the world and everybody looking for more security, I think SAIC is going to do great. SAIC has been profitable for a very long time and I don't see that changing.
