I expect they got the market share because of excellent leadership and the other banks in the region are probably going through same stormy quarter may not do as well. The banks over the whole nation are all probably having same difficult quarter.

This appears to be a hidden Gem. Nothing better then a stock with improving fundamentals and a decreasing stock price. Heavy insider buying is always a great sign. An increasing dividend is also great sign that management has confidence in its cash flow. It appears that wall street has completely looked over this stock. Trading at 1.4book value as of july 2007 its a steal.
