If you think May Day was bad. These guys are in for a jolt as retail brokerage commissions head to zero. Zecco is just the first of these. Now BofA. Not stocks I want to hold.

SCHW is in the wrong business at the wrong time and will be seriously hurt in the new down-leg in of our secular bear market. As losses mount, the appeal of equity investing will decline, and firms like Schwab won't do well.

This one is currently down based on lower trading in the market overall, which affects Schwab's profits in the short term. Mid to long term, however, this stock should be a good pick. Get it now while the price is good. A Stock Advisor recommendation (from when the price was much higher!) and with which I have been very happy with to have purchased at a bargain.

Got cash? This company does. A lot of it. They've managed the recession quite well with high operating margins and relatively little debt.
