Barely trading for more than cash in it's coffers. Nothing to like about the business, it's all about the cash and the loss carryforwards that could be attractive. They have not burnt through cash over the past 9mths (slightly cash flow positive). Some controversy and a couple of lawsuits surrounding option dating now exist. Might be attractive to an acquirer (who would actually have to be acquired to utilize the losses for taxes me thinks). My attempt at "old school Buffet" not the new and improved version.
