I like the high yeild and the regional aspect. Has delivered strong results since it opened.

If the cash flow is too low to make the 80% target distributions, SD's subordinated shares have to make up the difference to common shareholders. If cash flow exceeds the 120% target, SD pockets 50% of the extra cash. Its a huge incentive for the company to produce results and helps shield investors from risk. Seems like an easy call.

Mississipian Trust ready for exploitation, drilling horizontals in traditional reservoir for higher payout. Only 43 out of 159 locations producing. Dividend WILL go higher as these other locations are drilled. Plus this is a leveraged play on the price of oil, which is most definitely going higher from here.

Simply takes the cash from oil wells. Yielding 7% at the mo. This yield is surely unsustainably high and will be brought down by an increase in the SP

(1) Energy.
(2) Small company.
(3) Currently has 37 producing wells, with plans for 123 more. Increasing wells over time translates to increasing cash flow & royalty payouts, and seriously mitigates the possible hit to revenue per well due to potential decline in oil price.
Recs
Will be a good income investment

Oil? yes

Royalty stock, enjoy the dividend until the oils drains off from the wells and this stock becomes of no value. But it will take some time for it to happen.

underpriced & high dividend

Expect to receive nearly half my cost in dividend payments during next 5 years.

lets hope the drilling goes without too many problems, nice "structured dividend" , nice small long-term add to my portfolio

Trading at discount to peers based on guaranteed dividend payout.
Recs
This is a sure dividend machine. More wells will mean more dividends.

Looks like the yield could be north of 10% at current prices. Once this start paying out high yields it will show up on a bunch of investors screens and the price will rise quickly. Smart to get in before the first payout.
Recs
Intriguing call option on this one with lots of future wells to be drilled which could contribute significantly to revenues.

Guaranteed dividends
