The Conan-Holder valuation model says this company has a 90% chace of being liquidated in the next year(it's less than MINUS TEN folks, drop this sucker).

Dividends are very inticing with MLP's, but if you do your own taxes, make sure you triple check figures and dot your i's and cross your t's.
